1. Our crews often start as early as 7am, so be prepared.  Most importantly, make sure your driveway is clear of vehicles so our trailers have nearby access to the roof to place debris into.  Note, you do NOT need to be home during the process.

2.  Remove or cover items from around the exterior of your home that debris from the roof could fall onto.  This includes patio furniture, potted plants, gardening equipment, grills, etc.We take every precaution to protect your plants, trees, and shrubs, but some leaves or blooms may be knocked off from falling debris. On occasion, some lawn discoloration may occur. We have verified with an NDSU Agriculture consultant that the color is not permanent, and that with time it will grow back.

3.  We may need to use power tools for some projects, so be prepared to provide an outlet for our use.

4.  Please move your cars, motorcycles, boats, bikes, etc. away from the house and garage while work is being performed.

5.  There will be trucks loading and unloading shingles and debris, so KEEP SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY FROM THE WORKING AREA.

6.  During construction, if any rotten or deteriorated wood decking is present, we will immediately contact the homeowner to determine how the situation will be handled, and the additional material/labor costs.
